What Is The Gold Card?

The CSCS Gold Card recognises two groups: Advanced Craftspeople who hold an NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in their trade, and Supervisors who combine a Level 3 qualification with recognised supervisory training.

Gold Card holders are typically the most experienced hands-on tradespeople on site, often leading small teams or taking responsibility for the quality and safety of a work area.

Requirements

What You'll Need To Apply

✓Hold an NVQ/SVQ Level 3 (Advanced Craft) or a supervisory qualification alongside a Level 3
✓Pass the CITB Operatives or Supervisors HS&E test as applicable
✓Provide evidence of your qualification and, for supervisors, your role on site
