About This Card

What Is The Blue Card?

The CSCS Blue Card is held by skilled workers who have achieved an NVQ or SVQ Level 2 (or an equivalent recognised qualification) in their chosen construction occupation, such as plumbing, bricklaying or carpentry.

It's a clear signal to site managers that the holder has the practical competence and up-to-date health and safety knowledge required to work independently in their trade.
